John is the President of Super Western, Inc. He holds a professional degree in Civil Engineering and is licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin. He has worked in the mass earthwork construction industry for over 30 years. In addition to management duties, he estimates and manages projects with mass earthwork as well as highway construction.

Rollin M. Bertran, P.E.
Rollin is a project manager and estimator for Super Western, Inc. He holds a civil engineering degree from UW-Milwaukee and is licensed as a professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin. He has worked in the design and construction industry for over 15 years. He works as a project manager and estimator specializing in WisDOT projects.

Ryan is a superintendent for Super Western, Inc. He has worked in the construction industry for 20 years. He is responsible for manpower and equipment scheduling, as well as assisting the project management team.
